Editing and Publishing

I gave my little novel to my stepdaughter, and she printed it out and made a bunch of marks on the printout of things I needed to fix. I sometimes miss words if I'm typing fast, I tend to "see" them even though they're not really there. At any rate, I fixed those errors, and now I'm looking for a publisher. I'm going to publish it myself, but I'm trying to find one that fits my budget. It's tough to wrangle money together when you're trying to take care of three kids. I've talked to a few this week, but I also got into a car accident, so now I've gotta figure out how much money I've gotta shell out for that too. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be able to publish soon, I just have find something that works.

Planning

I got enough writing projects to last me 10 years I think. I'm going to try and write a second book by the end of the year or beginning of next year.  I figured out I'll probably write a book about every 2 years if I can, maybe sooner if I can stay focused. It took me a year and a half to write one novel, so I think 2 years per book is not too bad. I want to cover some American history, politics, a couple more novels, and maybe a script or three. It's good to be busy.
