Likud Or Not Netanyahu Has Won

This is my first political post.  I usually don't get too crazy about politics just because people resort to lying, propaganda, and a bunch of distasteful stuff just because people are nuts.  Today, however, Benjamin Netanyahu and his political party, Likud, have seemingly won big in the elections in Israel, and by extention Netanyahu has another term as Prime Minister of Israel.  I like this guy.  In a region of terrorism, and uncertainly, Netanyahu has an iron will about Israel's security.  As somebody who has some very small Jewish heritage, and a Christian, its nice to not worry about Israel.  Its encouraging to see something go right for a change.  I expect Israel's enemies won't like his victory, but too bad.  The attitude from some liberals in America, and the enemies of Israel, is that "how dare Israel, stand up for itself and fight off people who want to genocide them right off the face of the planet?  Those pesky Jews!  How dare they think they've got a right to land they had a stake on for thousands of years."  Its absurd for Jews or Gentiles to not want to defend themselves from extinction.  Sadly many liberals in America are trying to community organize the world into some kind of hippie parade, but you can't organize evil people like that.  Somewhere, somebody is going to lie to the organizers, or use it for their own ends, and in this case, we need to just let Israel have the ability to protect itself, and not allow ourselves to aid, or comfort Israel's enemies or undermine Israel's efforts to defend itself.  Granted, there's a story in the media about liberals trying to influence the elections in Israel, yet Netanyahu won anyway.  Its a great day for Israel, and as a result a great for Jews, and a great victory for the cause of freedom around the world, as Netanyahu is for a strong Israel, and a strong Israel fights terrorism, and fights evil.
